This will be a short week at school as we leave on an exciting trip to Horne Lake Caves on Wednesday.  You should have received an organization sheet for the trip that details the personal supplies to bring as well as the shared supplies students are to bring in their camp groups.  Please let me know if you have any problems with the supplies or arrangements.  We meet at Vesuvius at about 8:30 and take the 9:20 ferry; we return on the 2:30 ferry from Crofton.  I'll send home a reminder on Tuesday.

I will be hosting a parent/teacher night on Tuesday, Oct. 3 at 6:30 to talk with you about the class, routines, expectations, and to answer any questions you might have.  Hope to see you there!
