This Week

This is the final week before the holiday break.  I’m sure all the students are excited about the upcoming Christmas vacation and all the exciting activities and events planned.  Let me take this opportunity to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.  This week we are taking time to practice for the Concert on Tuesday night.   On Wednesday most of the class is going to Fernwood at 11:15 to play volleyball and will be back at 1:30.  We do need 3-4 drivers to help take the students.  Students who are not playing volleyball will mix with the grade 3/4 for some activities.  Secret Santa presents will be opened on Thursday afternoon.  As well, we’ll be having a little Christmas party for an hour or so in the afternoon.  If you’d like to send a treat to school for the class to share such as cookies or vegies it will be greatly appreciated.  I’ll be making mulled apple juice for the class.
