This Tuesday grade 5 students are going to SIMS for bridging day which is an opportunity for the students to meet with other grade 5s from the school district and have some fun together at 4 different stations throughout the day.  It's always fun for the class!

We are well on our way with our practice with the Wizard of Oz.  Everyone is very excited about the play, the roles that have been picked, and the great songs that we've been practicing daily.  On Tuesday, May 29 at 1:00 we will be planning the sets for the play.  We'd love to have some parents there to help with ideas, suggestions, and some artistic ideas.  If you can make it please let me know.

Subjects

Math:  We continue a unit on fractions.
